Saverio's 1st Place Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
3lbs Ground Beef
3 eggs
2 oz. Grated Romano Cheese
6 oz. Saverio's 1st Place BBQ/Dipping Sauce
1 cup Flavored Breadcrumbs
6 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased 9x13 pan (cooking spray is fine). Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake for 50 minutes. Slice and serve with Saverio's 1st Place BBQ/Dipping Sauce. Serves 6-8. Refrigerate leftovers.
