Ordering on-line these days is perfectly safe. Giving your credit card information to process an on-line order is as safe as giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant! For your protection, a secured server processes the orders. The information collected to process the orders is encrypted, processed and forwarded for order fulfillment. A real person processes the orders! Even though we designed the site to process sales, we still have a real person process the order. The order is checked, the credit card is charged, the items are packed and labeled and the shipping agent is notified! Just like that, your order is on its way.

Yes, we will notify you by e-mail once your order is being processed and once again when it is being shipped. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours every weekday. Orders are downloaded every weekday morning and processed. We ship orders every afternoon, Tuesday- Friday from 9am-5pm EST, excluding weekends and extended holiday closings). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted promptly. Please make sure you provide us with a correct e-mail address when placing your order.
How do I Cancel an Order?
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the processing stage of your order at www.saverios1stplace.com by calling 516-795-4289. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. All shipped orders must be returned as per the return policy.
