  2. Have all of your cooking utensils handy and place trays beside the grill ready for cooked food.
  3. Preheat the grill on medium to high heat then place food on it.
  4. Be sure to follow the suggested temperatures below for beef, pork, poultry and fish:
  • Beef 160°
  • Pork 160°
  • Poultry 165°
  • Fish 145°
