Pulled Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lb Boston Butt
1-Medium Onion sliced thin
1-1/2 Cups Water
1 bottle Saverio's 1st Place BBQ/Dipping Sauce
1 Small Onion Chopped
Cooking Instructions:
Cover the bottom of the Slow Cooker with half of the thinly sliced onion. Add the pork
and the water. Add the other half of the sliced onion. Cover and cook on Low setting
for 8-10 hours. You may use high setting for 4-5 hours. Next, drain liquid from slow
cooker. Remove the pork and chop coarsely, removing excess fat. Place pork back into
the slow cooker and add Saverio's 1st Place BBQ/Dipping Sauce. Finally, add in the
small chopped onion, cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 more hours. Stir occasionally.
Serves 6-8 people
