Shipping Policy

  • Packages are shipped 4 days a week Tuesday through Friday. Generally we do not ship on Mondays; however; if a priority shipping order is placed it will ship out on Monday.
  • We are closed for shipping on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

  • Most orders will arrive in 6 business days. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery Options

  • Please remember that Saturdays (except FedEx & USPS) and Sundays are not counted as a delivery day and orders placed after 10am Friday will not ship until Tuesday (except expedited orders).
  • For guaranteed faster service, please call (516) 795-4289 and ask for our shipping manager. On weekends or after 4pm please ask for an Owner or Manager.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order in conjunction with the destination zip code.
  • Orders shipped within New York State will include sales tax on the shipping as well as taxable retail items.
  • www.saverios1stplace.com does not charge for packaging and handling and charges for just the shipping fees that we incur. That is just one way that we can say thank you for the order!
  • Free shipping is is a special promotion only offered within the continental United States. All orders will incur a surcharge if shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Mexico. See sections below titled 'Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska' and 'Shipping to Canada or Mexico' for details.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address

  • Please select the USPS shipping option only when shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address. APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
  • Your order might be delayed if shipped to a PO Box.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska

  • Due to increased shipping rates, you will be charged $2.00 for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping to Canada or Mexico

  • Due to increased shipping rates, you will be charged $4.00 for shipping to Canada or Mexico.
  • Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico generally have lengthier delivery times as packages have to pass through customs.

Damaged Items

If you receive a broken or damaged item please notify Saverio’s 1st Place immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier that delivered your orders. Based upon the carrier’s determination, the item will be replaced. All claims for damaged items must be made within 15 days of your order’s delivery.

YOU MUST DISPOSE ALL DAMAGED ITEMS IMMEDIATELY, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE OR INGEST THE CONTENTS OF A DAMAGED ITEM. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT BACK TO SAVERIO’S 1ST PLACE.
